4 Noses

4 Noses Brewing Company is located in Broomfield, Colorado, just east of the Rocky Mountain foothills. The family-owned brewery features an open, lively taproom, a spacious patio, and a rotating selection of taps that regularly include lagers, ales, porters, and stouts.

The brewery was founded in 2014 by the Bibliowicz family: brothers Tommy and David, along with their parents, Natan and Jessica. The idea for the name came during a family trip to Ireland, when a friend joked about the group’s “four noses” taking in the aroma of their dry Guinness beers. The joke stuck, and so did the family’s commitment to brewing a wide range of high-quality, approachable craft beers.

Since opening with a 20-barrel system, 4 Noses has grown quickly while maintaining its experimental spirit. The brewery expanded production, acquired Odd13 Brewing in 2021, opened Wild Provisions Beer Project in Boulder, and launched a large Denver facility in 2023. Despite that growth, the original Broomfield location remains a welcoming place to enjoy a pint—sometimes with a raptor soaring overhead.

Four Noses

The brewery’s lineup spans a wide range of styles. Popular offerings have included Perfect Drift, a smooth and easy-drinking twist on a German-style pilsner; Flatiron Fog, a well-regarded hazy IPA; El Jefe Con Leche, an imperial stout brewed with coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and lactose; and Camp Zero, a crisp, refreshing non-alcoholic blonde ale known for its fruity Tangerine-Guava character.

If you find yourself birding or exploring along Colorado’s Front Range, stop by 4 Noses and grab a beer. We have, and we can say with confidence that there’s something on tap for just about everyone.

Three Fun Facts About the Brewery

  • 4 Noses was founded and built entirely by the Bibliowicz family, blending brewing, business, and creativity into a true family-run operation.
  • What started as a single brewery has grown into multiple locations and brands, including the acquisition of Odd13 Brewing and the opening of Wild Provisions Beer Project.
  • In addition to traditional and experimental beers, 4 Noses produces the Camp Zero line of non-alcoholic beers, which has gained a following even among regular craft beer drinkers.
