Starting today, travelers will be able to walk between San Diego and Tijuana International Airports. The crossing is limited to ticketed passengers flying out of Tijuana within 24 hrs. It’s free to cross the 390-ft bridge until Dec 18. After that date, the fee goes to $18 each way. Mexico flights are often less expensive from Tijuana so this option may save travelers money and certainly offers more options.
